It was another day in Orange County and yet again Seth Cohen was wishing that he was anywhere else but here. There was one plus side to the day however and that was because it was still summer and that meant no water polo players to piss in his shoes today. Now as much as Seth loved to stay inside and read the new comics or beat another level in one of his video games, today was just to nice of a day to stay inside. So Seth had decided to take his sailboat out for a little trip. Seth had named his boat the "Summer Breaze" after his grade school crush Summer Roberts, the only probably is that Seth had never even spoken to this girl. Seth was getting his boat ready has he was watching people walk up and down the beach. Just as Seth was about to take sail someone came over to speak to him.

Her bare feet, caked with sand, moved forward through the sand as she trudged down the beach. The lass's head was hung low and her baby blue eyes drifting two-and-fro from the ground to where she was headed. Several people looked at her with disgusted glares and scornful sneers, she just ignored them and kept moving. A faint smirk was echoed on her angelic features as her dirty blonde hair fell forward, off of her shoulders. The wind flared up behind her, forcing her short, silky white skirt to flow with it, only disrupted by her paisley and thin legs. She moved easily and gracefully through the sand, even swifter when she reached the packed, wet sand by the shore. There must have been something about the way she moved to attract several men's attention, their eyes brows raised as their eyes coated her body. The eyes didn't--in any way-- make Carter uncomfortable; she always got it when they didn't know her. The swiftness in her strides was not caught as she slowed her pace, quickly making a halt. When she finally looked up, her wavy locks of icy blonde waved back onto her shoulder blades as her gaze rose to look at a boat.
