In a few months she will be eighteen and able to move away from her foster parents, which she hates. Carter carries a dagger engraved with "Psychotic X" into the blade and will use it at any given time, it all started when she was attacked by a murderer and ended up in the hospital for several months. Her life at home is--less than lovely; her foster parents do not understand the severity of a disorder like hers. With no friends Carter will spend her time talking to herself, cleaning her guns, increasing her skills every time she can.
